‘What Difference does Difference Make?' (WDDN) is an Arts Council England supported project exploring how cultural policy and practice has responded to the changing ethnic diversity of Britain. Sharing the voices of pioneers and innovators, they are seeking insights into the challenges and opportunities for making art in a society yet to live up to its aspirations for racial equality.

WDDN asked a number of leading Black and Minority Ethnic arts practitioners for their personal testimonies.
