About this video

'Who Cares?' is a moving journey created by artists, exploring feelings of love, power and control, experimenting with movement, sound and lighting. The film explores light and dark through a literal, metaphorical and emotional sense.

'Who Cares?' was an ongoing theme across Spare Tyre's practice throughout 2013. This footage was created and performed by participants who took part in Spare Tyre's Drama and Theatre Skills workshops for adults with learning disabilities in the London Borough of Redbridge. It was selected to be shown as part of Learning Disability Week 2014 at the Tate Modern.
