It's been an exciting and eventful year at Spare Tyre: our first sensory tour On The Beach for people living with dementia since 2019; the beginning of our new 3-year agreement with Arts Council England, the continuation of Covid Café; arrivals, returns and farewells of brilliant team members; our Revue and Rendez-vous gathering our newest and longest-serving collaborators launching our Crowdfunding campaign. August–welcome back, thanks and farewells

During August we welcomed the return of Rose Chorlton from maternity leave as our General Manager and said a heartfelt thanks for Adam Line who was Rose's maternity cover. We also said thanks to Rachel Harris who stepped down as our part-time Interim Executive Producer.

January–Together Finale 2017–2023

After 5 years our deep collaboration with Haynes Dementia Centre and Jacksons Lane Theatre came to its close. We also held some of our co-creative work for On The Beach there and will be returning with the show in 2024.
