Homosexual Offences Order

Homosexuality was decriminalised in Northern Ireland in 1982, meaning that it was finally decriminalised in the whole of the UK. 

Much of our early works and projects were written under a political environment that contrasted with the self-identified socialist and feminist ideals of the founding Spare Tyre members. Projects would soon focus on issues faced by the LGBTQ+ community.
