Section 28 partial repeal

Section 28 was repealed in Scotland and the age of consent lowered, ending prosecutions for public displays of affection in some cases as 'soliciting'. 

Around this time The Pink Project workshops expanded beyond young people to include the participants aged from 20 to 70. In 2001 we produced Constant Companions, which celebrated the previous century of LGBTQ+ history.
