In the Spring of 2024 we remounted On the Beach for a larger tour, with some familiar faces and some new ones. The show toured to coastal areas and urban centres in Greater London–all places which have a higher rate of dementia alongside high social deprivation and low access to arts engagement. We toured to 6 theatres, 12 care homes, and 2 community spaces, all of which feature as Arts Council’s Priority Places–Hampshire, Gosport, Norfolk, Suffolk, North Yorkshire, Sutton, Hackney, Tower Hamlets, and Newham.
