We're very excited to announce that Ashley Lim has joined the Spare Tyre team as part of a new Emergent Leader programme we're running. Ashley will be working closely with the senior leadership team, Amanda and Rebecca, to get an understanding of the inner workings of running an arts organisation. Ashley joins the team at a pivotal moment where we will be applying to remain an Arts Council England National Portfolio Organisation, and will be contributing to the planning, strategy, and writing of our NPO bid. As an artist-led organisation and want to continue this dynamic, they will also be using their movement-based facilitation on two of our creative programmes–It All Makes Sensory with the Bangladeshi Parents & Carers Association (BPCA), and our It All Makes Sensory Tour.
