The team will be closing the office next week as they all have a 'factory week' to reset and recharge the batteries. From Monday 19th August–Monday 26th August 2024, all Spare Tyre staff will be on annual leave. 

During our tour earlier in the year, we trialled our Kinder Producing Model, which adjusts working practices to be kinder on all those involved. Primarily conceived to enable members of the team with long-term health conditions and disabilities to participate fully in what can be a gruelling rehearsal and tour schedule, we are rolling it out across all our company operations. Embedding these inclusive working practices into our everyday working lives should help us look after our employees and foster an environment that is supportive for all.
