Spare Tyre are touring their new sensory show for people with dementia and their carers in Summer 2026!
Whistle Stop is an interactive, immersive non-verbal sensory experience for people living with dementia and their carers. In the span of an hour, we will tell a story about trains and travelling. From the everyday commute to a high alpine adventure, across deserts and ravines, featuring would-be honeymooners and fare-dodging jokers, the high speed and the high jinx of the legendary railroads which have entranced people everywhere, all around the world and just around the corner. Calling at: Romance, Reunion, Lost and Found, Brief Encounter, and Journey’s End.

The production was stunningly beautiful. The colours, imagery and gentle approach to the performance was excellent. Well done. Thank you!
