At 4pm on Saturday 10 December, children and families from local schools will gather for the lantern parade. A live band (featuring our very own Nick Cattermole) will play as they wind their way from Alton Activity Centre to the Library.

As they reach Library Green, they'll be joined by 30 dancers from Roehampton University performing with CoDa Dance. They'll dance to a soundscape specially composed by Spare Tyre's  Josh Grigg, which features the voices of local residents talking about their hopes for the future and their lives in Roehampton. 

Everything at Winterfest is free to take part in including a festive community sing-a-long.
