Be inspired by The Garden, an interactive installation and performance for people with dementia and their carers. Open to the public for the first time in England, we invite you to experience The Garden as we bring the outdoors in.
The Garden: Public Viewing is an opportunity to experience this unique and innovative approach to engaging with people with dementia in action! Talk to the artistic team behind the programme and find out how The Garden was created.
The Garden uses non-verbal methods and is responsive to participants, bespoke to an individual’s mode of communication, physicality and engagement. This public viewing is an opportunity for people with or caring for people with dementia to experience how the arts can improve the wellbeing of people with dementia. We also welcome academics and students who are interested in this area and artistic approach to wellbeing.
