We are therefore looking for an Interim Executive Director to cover the period from September 2022 to March 2023. Could that be you?
This role is an important part of the future of the company for a capable and enthusiastic theatre professional. You could have a solid background in producing at various scales and are ready to take the next step into a senior leadership role; or you might have lots of experience in senior roles and this is your first step back into work after a break. You will have a track record of negotiating and stewarding key stakeholder relationships.
Salary: £40,000-42,000 per annum (pro rata). Equivalent freelance day rate can be negotiated.
Contract: Approximately 6 months September 2022 to March 2023. Exact start date in September is flexible to facilitate a handover period.
Hours: This could be a full time role, a job share or undertaken as a freelance consultancy. We are keen to enable flexible working for the right person.
Place of work: Remote working options are possible with some requirements for attendance in our accessible offices in The Albany, Deptford, London.
